Instead I sat in the message chair, watched TV with the family, then open gifts before we left.  We got some cool gifts from the family, including some nice treats for Minik and Candy, our puppies.

]]> http://www.rplayground.com/archives/43/feed 2 Happy Birthday Ebru! http://www.rplayground.com/archives/6 http://www.rplayground.com/archives/6#comments Fri, 28 Mar 2008 22:13:38 +0000 Rolando http://www.rplayground.com/archives/6 Last week was Ebru’s birthday.  I think we celebrated it the whole week through Easter.  We had a great time especially on Friday since I was off of work.  I took her to Wine and Roses Spa in Lodi, California.  We had brunch, then our 90-minute treatments in a very serene setting.  By the way they have some great food at their restaurant.  The seared tune is awesome!

Wine and Roses has beautiful grounds for picnics, weddings, and of course this hidden treasure they call the spa.

After our treatments we drove around and ran errands before we got hungry again.  Since it was her special weekend birthday she decided to go to Taro’s Japanese Restaurant at the Arden Mall.  They’ve got some killer sushi there.  Just as good as our favorite place in Elk Grove called Kintaro’s.

Of course she got some gifts from me and her obvious royal treatment at home.  Our puppies also shared their loves and kisses for mommy.
