2008 Komen Sacramento Race for the Cure: May 10, 2008
Dear Friends and Family,
We recently accepted the challenge to raise contributions to support the Komen Sacramento Race for the Cure® on May 10, 2008 in the fight against breast cancer. One in eight women will be diagnosed with breast cancer in her lifetime.

Please join us in the promise to end breast cancer by supporting my participation in the Race. Please do your part by contributing generously to the Komen Sacramento Race for the Cure. Your tax-deductible contribution will fund innovative outreach and awareness programs for medically underserved communities in Sacramento Valley and national breast cancer research. It is faster and easier than ever to support this great cause - you can make a contribution online by simply clicking on the link at the bottom of this message. If you would prefer, you can also send your tax-deductible contribution to the address listed below. Whatever you can give will help! I truly appreciate your support and will keep you posted on my progress.
Thank you so much for your time and support in the fight against breast cancer! Every step counts!
Sincerely,
Ebru and Rolando Nispiros

Haha, it was my birthday on Friday and we just made a weekend of it. Friday, dinner at our favorite sushi place, Kintaro, then Saturday, just relaxed. Slept in (that was a gift in itself). Then today, spent time in our backyard, then went to Wine and Roses Spa in Lodi, same place where I took Ebru for her birthday. Then after that we ran a lot of errands at the Arden Mall.

It was a fun and relaxing day. Tomorrow it’s back to reality.
We just came back from watching Candy Dulfer at the Radisson Hotel in Sacramento. We had a blast and Candy and her band rocked! Not only does she play a mean horn, but she can sing too. She quite entertaining and we’re sure she could have played all night!
Here are some pictures of her. They are blurry cause she kept moving around.
